PS: a lot of understanding we have is from what words mean. However, when you begin to read the statues (civil code, penal code, city code, etc) produced by federal corporations (cities, counties, and the UNITED STATES as defined in the USC (United Sates Code)) which you can read at http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/ then you see that these statues redefine common words we use all the time. This convolution also happens with IRC - Internal Revenue Code - which is part of the USC. Yes, and the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) also redefines words too in their code which is examined in the book "Cracking the Code" found at http://www.losthorizons.com
